One of Heidi’s areas of specialty is assisting bereaved parents, individuals, and families through grief and loss. She also helps those navigating anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, PTSD, and emotional pain. Her work commonly addresses stress, anger, addictions and cravings, obsessive patterns, trust and relationship challenges, fear, sleep difficulties, and the general experience of feeling blocked or stuck.
She works with people facing autoimmune or chronic health conditions, especially when modern medicine has not provided clear answers. Ultimately, she serves adults and children seeking peace, empowerment, sovereignty, and a deeper reconnection of mind, body, and soul.
